Hurley Miller is the District Extension Administrator for North District IV with the Texas AgriLife Extension Service in Dallas, Texas.  He provides supervision for 75 agents in 22 counties in North Texas.  The counties extend from the west, Tarrant, Denton and Cooke north of I-20, all the way to the Louisiana bordrer.  Miller provides leadership in the development of county Extenion educational programs for both youth and adults in the assigned counties.  He holds a BS degree in Range and Agronomy from Abilene Christian University, an MS degree in Agriculture Education from Tarleton State University and is currently pursuing his Ed.D in Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications form Texas A&M University
