The Water Education Team is a partnership between the AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Dallas and local chapters of Master Gardeners and Master Naturalists created to enhance the scope and breadth of water education in north Texas. WET volunteers work alongside AgriLife professionals in classrooms and at community events to highlight issues of water conservation and water quality. Utilizing the array of educational demonstrations and games such as the Stream Trailer, Enviroscape, and Rainfall Simulator WET members will reach out to hundreds with a message of stewardship and encouragement to be enjoyed by youth and adults alike.
