Scope Of Work

Base Bid

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for construction of BMP Study Area Parking and Detention Pond as specified and detailed in the drawings.  Work includes removal of existing paving, dirt work, installation of drainage piping, concrete drainage collectors, and impervious concrete paving.

Alternate 1

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of forty five (45) pervious concrete parking spaces with gutter and curb outside the BMP Study Area Parking.

Information and Bidding Documents

Mandatory Pre-Bid on February 9, 2012 @ 11:00 a.m. in the Education Building, Texas AgriLife Research and Extension, 17360 Coit Road, Dallas, Texas 75252.

• Addendum No. 2

All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Written questions are to be submitted by e-mail to Daniel Applegate, P.E. with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. at dapplegate@apaienv.com. Replies will be issued by addenda via the website referenced above.

Receipt of Bids

Competitive sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., February 23, 2012 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid documents may be submitted by mail or delivered prior to bid opening time.HUB Subcontracting Plan must be submitted with bid.
